1. About our services

HireFlow Consulting is a BPO and ITES staffing consultancy. We source, screen, and present candidates to client organisations, and we help candidates find roles with those organisations. We act as an intermediary — we are not the employer of the candidates we place, and we do not control the hiring decisions of our client companies.

2. No candidate fees, ever

We never charge candidates any fee, at any stage, for any reason. We do not charge for registration, profile creation, training, interview scheduling, offer letters, or placement. Our fees are paid entirely by the hiring company.

If anyone contacts you demanding payment in the name of HireFlow Consulting, it is fraudulent. Do not pay, and report it to us immediately at info@hireflowconsulting.com.

3. No guarantee of employment or placement

Submitting a resume does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or employment. Hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer. Similarly, while we work hard to fill every requirement we accept, we cannot guarantee that a specific role will be filled within a specific timeframe — labour market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and location constraints all affect what is achievable, and we will tell you honestly when a requirement looks difficult.

4. Accuracy of the information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to us. If you provide false or misleading information — misstated experience, qualifications you do not hold, or inaccurate salary details — we may withdraw your profile from consideration and remove you from our talent pool. Misrepresentation discovered after placement is a matter between you and your employer.

5. Use of this website

You agree not to:

• Submit forms automatically, at scale, or in a way designed to disrupt our service
• Upload files containing malware or attempt to exploit our systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish content from this site without permission
• Submit another person's personal information without their consent
• Impersonate any person or organisation

We may block access and decline to work with anyone who breaches these terms.

6. Client engagements

Where we work with a client company, the specific commercial terms — fees, payment schedule, replacement guarantees, and any service commitments — are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal between us. That agreement takes precedence over anything on this website. Descriptions of services, engagement models, and timelines on this site are indicative and not binding offers.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, and branding on this website belong to HireFlow Consulting. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Resumes and materials you submit remain yours; you grant us permission to use them for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links

This site may link to external websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireFlow Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services — including loss of employment opportunity, loss of business, or loss of profits.
